Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology services
worldwide, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to
accelerate our growth in the Payments and Point of Sale (POS)
sectors. This role involves strategic sales and partnership
management, aiming to expand our market share and enhance our
payment solutions offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a
robust understanding of the financial services landscape,
specifically in payments and POS systems, and demonstrate proven
sales, negotiation, and client management skills. Identify new
business opportunities and manage relationships with strategic
partners in the Payments and POS sector. Develop and execute
effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual
sales targets. Engage with clients to present Global Payments’
products, addressing and overcoming specific business challenges.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and
client needs to effectively position our solutions. Collaborate
with internal teams, including marketing and product development,
to enhance offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Strong communication and presentation skills Proven sales and
negotiation abilities Expertise in developing strategic business
relationships Working knowledge of POS systems and payment
platforms Capability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple
stakeholders Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Professional sales training certifications such as SPIN Selling or
Strategic Selling would be considered an asset, though not
mandatory.
