Educate customers on the insurance restoration process in a simple, honest way. Earn trust through transparent communication, clear expectations, and follow-through. Guide customers through contract signing, scheduling, and next steps. Partner with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Represent Aspen with professionalism , care, and a commitment to “doing the right thing.” What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with resilience when challenges come up. Independent worker who can manage their own schedule effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Sales experience is helpful, but not required—we provide industry-leading training.
