Job Description:

Customer Support TechnicianResponsibilities* 70% - Directly responding to client support request via phone, chat, and email.* 30% - Review new software releases and provide feedback to Development and Quality Assurance.* Verify releases using multiple platforms, log any defects found, and answer questions from developers and QA as needed.Requirements* 1 year of customer support experience.* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.* High School Diploma/GED.Preferred* Experience providing technical support via phone, chat, and email.* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Basic working knowledge of different operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Chrome OS.* Software testing experience.* Basic SQL knowledge.* Experience working with CSV files.This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our Lawrence, KS client. 100% Paid employee medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately-vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
