Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Home Loan Closer / Funder is to ensure Home Loans close in accordance with underwriting approval, credit union policies, and state and federal compliance rules and regulations*Responsibilities: ** Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate and compliant* Confirm loan terms, conditions, and borrower information before disbursement; pre-balance for funding, and issue revised Closing Disclosure* Schedule and facilitate the closing process, including coordinating with title companies, Home Loan Consultants, and borrowers* Manage the release of funds to the appropriate parties, including seller and service providers* Liaising between borrowers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth closing process* Ensuring all aspects of the closing process adhere to federal and state regulations*Qualifications:** Three to five years of similar or related experience* Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge attained through on the job experience* Strong communication skills.* Strong attention to detail and highly organized* Self-Motivated with good follow through ability_Azura Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
