Your day will be spent in family-style group homes and/or Day Services centers to assist with client goals and personal care needs. GoodLife's mission is to redefine what's possible, make a meaningful difference, and transform lives.Some duties:Providing companionship, conversation, and engagement in functional activitiesTeaching daily living skills based on individual support plansAssisting with or providing full support for personal care/hygiene needs (bathing, dressing, grooming)Transporting to appointments and activities in company vehicleAssisting with routine health needs (administering medications)Observing, documenting, and reporting data on daily activitiesSome qualifications:Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not requiredCompassion for helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesMust successfully pass criminal background checkMust be a safe driver and have a valid driver's licenseFlexibility in assigned working location based on client needsAbility to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals with and without adaptive equipmentDay shifts: 7am-7pm or 8am-8pmSun/Mon/TueWed/Fri/SatThu/Fri/Sat
