Sales Training Manager

Job Description:

The SRM Trainer plays a key role in developing Supplier Relationship Managers (SRM) and supporting their success at C2FO. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of training and will interact regularly with SRM management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Developing training content to deliver to new and existing SRM.
  • Conducting training sessions for new and existing SRM.
  • Providing feedback to managers regarding new hire training performance.
  • Observing and coaching SRM in a one-on-one setting.
  • Identifying new concepts or widespread issues and making recommendations for updates to ongoing training.
  • Identifying and documenting best practices to distribute throughout SRM and implement into training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in training content development and delivery and/or sales training delivery, with a strong working knowledge of the sales process and best practices
  • Understanding of financial markets and related terminology
  • Proven ability to train on various software programs and related processes
  • Ability to motivate others and engage with employees
  • Outstanding coaching skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
