The Working Capital Advisor is responsible for acquiring and
managing relationships with businesses seeking to improve their
financial position for all C2FO products beyond our early pay
markets. Working Capital Advisors use multi-media channels (e.g.
digital presentations, outbound & inbound calls, email, and chat)
to acquire new clients within our network of businesses.
While most relationships are managed through inside channels,
where necessary, the Working Capital Advisors will travel to visit
key vendors. Sales efforts are consultative and helping businesses
to identify the best working capital solutions is paramount.
We are looking for Candidates:
- Who have strong communication and active listening skills
- Who are self-motivated and have a competitive spirit
- Who has a willingness to be coached, trained, and have a desire
- Who have experience blueprinting organizations
- Who have experience engaging, interacting, and collaborating
with key external stakeholders and decision-makers
- Who can exhibit creative and dynamic thinking and analytical
skills that win partnerships
- Who have experience and are comfortable working in a
team-oriented and metrics-driven environment
Ideally, You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account
management, or relationship management
- Experience selling to business owners and operators
- Experience selling in diverse contexts, including phone sales,
digital presentation and face-to-face
- Experience leading or participating in Quarterly Business
- Experience documenting sales activities in CRM systems
- Experience selling credit facilities i.e. Asset-Based Credit
lines and Factoring services
