A multi-specialty practice is looking to add another comprehensive ophthalmologist that will also have the chance the be involved in academics as well. Upon starting, the new associate will have patients and cases handed down by a retiring surgeon. The new associate will also be granted the ability to teach residents. The practice has start of the art clinical and surgical facilities with the latest technology available. With fellowship level ophthalmologists in the practice, most of the focus will be on cataract surgery with other opportunities such as refractive cases. The practice has a large referral network of internal and external optometrists. The new associate will benefit from a robust support staff and administration in the practice. This is a golden opportunity to join a thriving and busy multi-specialty practice and be busy from the beginning. Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus and excellent benefits package. The new associate will be on a partnership track from the beginning.
