We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our Assistant General Managers are passionate leaders, on-their-feet thinkers, and inspirational motivators, sound like you? Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts in the restaurant Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members Assist in developing/writing the restaurant schedule What you’ll have: Minimum 2 years of restaurant assistant general manager experience Exceptional communication skills Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards What you'll get: This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location.
