As a Shift Manager, you will affect our Guests' experiences, develop Crew Members and drive the financial health of the company by doing the following:

Providing Friendly Service with a Smile
Monitoring Food Procedures to ensure we provide the Quality Products Wendy's is known for
Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
Executing cost control systems
Having "Can-Do" Attitude when working as part of the Team
