When our customer's products are on our line, we put our reputation right beside it.We are searching for individual(s) that share our core values - integrity, humility, respect, attitude of an owner, customer focused, teamwork and innovation.THE ROLE - HybridThe Kansas City field based Business Development Manager at Grandstand is responsible for generating sales through the process of successfully converting sizable prospects to clients in targeted industries, and growing and developing existing clients.Identify and secure new sales engaging businesses in the Kansas City Metro region.Achieve sales by establishing new distribution channels, explaining product potential to customers, and identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products.Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.Develop and recommend customer credit line terms.Travel within territory (Kansas City and surrounding area) to meet with existing accounts and prospects a minimum of 60% of time per week.Schedule a minimum of three (3) on-site key customer visits per year.Grow sales by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to Sales Management.
