Job Description:
The Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the direction of
the day-to-day workflow of the front and back of the store. - The
Team Lead has limited supervisory capacity in the absence of all
other store management. -Essential FunctionsReasonable

- Making bank deposits, as required
Maintaining appropriate security of cash and keysOpen and close
store as necessaryLeading personnel in the daily completion of job
dutiesEnsuring compliance to policies and proceduresEnsuring a high
level of customer service both front and backEnsuring quick
placement of high-quality, processed goods to the sales
floorMeeting production numbers as set by divisional
managementEnsuring loss prevention and process flow guidelines are
followedEnsuring work stations are properly stocked and staffed to
meet production goalsEnsuring staff performs duties according to
safety expectations and proceduresEnsuring the physical safety of
the back room and sales floorCommunicating safety issues and
concerns to ensure quick resolutionThe Team Lead will be a proven
leader with the following:
- The incumbent should have a minimum of 6 months experience in
supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. -
- Solid comfort level with utilizing all aspects of computers to
complete the job, not limited to; - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

- - - - - - Windows environment and internet use - - - - - - - - -

- Familiarity with safety requirements in a warehouse/retail
environment

- Comfort with handling cash and operation of a cash
register
- Understanding of the importance of the donor process and how it
supports the mission
