Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by oncologists. Perform setup and alignment of patient treatment plans accurately. Operate radiation equipment safely and effectively following protocols. Monitor patient’s conditions and report any adverse reactions to the medical team. Maintain detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes. Collaborate with the medical team to develop comprehensive care strategies. Qualifications Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist in the practicing state. Completion of an accredited radiation therapy program. Proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
