Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Technologist for a local contract job in Overland Park, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Medical Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, evenings, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Medical Technologist ASCP Menorah Medical Center Full-Time – Evenings & Nights – Weekends Only Evening Shift: (40 Hours/Week) Night Shift: Thursday – Sunday (32 Hours/Week) - Must have bachelors degree in medical technology or related science or bachelors degree and certification in sub-specialty area, or 'grand-fathered’ as a Medical Technologist by CLIA88 is required - Medical Technologist ASCP, CLS (NCA), or as appropriate, BB(ASCP), C(ASCP), I(ASCP), H(ASCP), or M(ASCP) certification or equivalent is required. - Must have a minimum of 1 years of recent experience in Blood Bank in a hospital lab environment (will not consider experience that is not acute care) Salary Range: $29.00 - $41.00 (based on years of experience) Relocation: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Shift Differentials: $2/Hour Evenings, $3/Hour Nights & $3/Hour Weekends About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
