Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in
delivering exceptional care to underserved communities. Our center
focuses on integrating holistic health practices and wellness
education to improve long-term health outcomes. This position
offers the unique opportunity to make a substantial impact in the
lives of our patients, providing both clinical expertise and
compassionate care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Provide
direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare
professionals. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans in collaboration with healthcare team. Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed and monitor for reactions or side
effects. Record patient's medical information and vital signs.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses
and conditions. Guide and educate patients and their families on
disease prevention and health maintenance. Maintain a safe and
clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures
and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed reports. Ability
to react decisively in emergency situations. Comprehensive
knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations. Skill in operating
medical equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a current LPN or RN
license. CPR certification required.
