Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to patients in a variety of settings within our extensive network of hospitals and care centers. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with our mission to improve human life. This includes assessing patient respiratory conditions, administering treatment, and monitoring recovery, while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice. Assess patient respiratory conditions using clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing Plan and administer treatments such as aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen therapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory care procedures Maintain accurate patient records and communicate findings with the healthcare team Ensure all respiratory equipment is properly cared for and maintained Expertise in respiratory care modalities and diagnostic testing Ability to operate and maintain respiratory equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical decision making Adept at time management and prioritization Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of practice
