We’re seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our 36-bed Cardiac Specialty Unit . About the Unit 36 Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 4–5:1 (Days) / 5–6:1 (Nights) – 1 Tech per Hall Diverse patient mix: Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post-Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips Step-down from PCU and Level II Trauma Center Strong leadership with career development and growth pathways Collaborative, team-driven culture that values education and support Responsibilities Provide therapeutic and administrative nursing care for patients age 16 and above Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and intervene in emergency situations Deliver patient-centered care with critical thinking, compassion, and professionalism Ensure compliance with safety standards and mitigate risks Qualifications 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) Active RN license (Missouri or Compact State) BLS required upon hire ACLS required within 1 year of hire Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $32.00 – $43.00/hr $3.00 Nights / $2.00 Weekends $12,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 2-year commitment) Relocation assistance available (case-by-case) Comprehensive benefits package
