Job Description Job Description Company Description RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) – Ortho/Neuro Trauma (Charge) Kansas City, Missouri Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends Compensation: Hourly Range: $35.65 – $47.64 (based on experience) Estimated Annual Range: $74,000 – $99,000 Night & Weekend Differential: $4.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to provide charge-level leadership on a high-acuity Ortho/Neuro Trauma medical-surgical unit. This role blends direct patient care with shift-based leadership responsibilities, ensuring safe staffing, clinical excellence, and effective coordination of care. Candidates must be comfortable working in a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and serving as a visible clinical leader on nights.
