Medical Director (Psychiatrist) A Medical Director needed in Lawrence, KS. Salary and Benefits The pay for this position is $300,000 - $350,000 per year based on experience Health Insurance: 3 plans to choose from Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account Retirement package Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) with Employer contribution Paid Time Off - 15 days for year one 12 paid holidays Life Insurance Short Term Disability Full Support Staff (Nursing, Clinicians, and Providers) Responsibilities Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) Lead by example with strong clinical and operational excellence. Oversee and support psychiatric providers (both employed and contracted). Directly supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners. Provide guidance to medical students, residents, and contracted psychiatrists.
