Job Description:

Work with existing and bring in new key commercial and industrial accounts to develop strategies to mitigate risk in natural gas and electric utilities.

• Develop, manage, and implement risk mitigation strategies for commercial and industrial accounts, specifically in physical natural gas and electric utilities.
• Work with clients to identify, understand and define their requirements, proposing and specifying StoneX solutions.
• Perform Excel-based analysis of supplier bids to determine appropriate pricing products for clients.
• Work to create strategies on expanding the customer base and cross-selling to the existing customer base.
• Act as single point of contact for all assigned accounts and develop a strong services relationship with stakeholders. Take responsibility to ensure that customer issues are owned and resolved. Identify, facilitate, and drive growth opportunities within the targeted accounts.
• Maintains and analyzes metrics reports pertaining to cost, usage data and forward forecasts.
• Compiles information on electricity and natural gas rates and make cost-saving recommendations to customers.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

• Bachelors degree required. Five (5) years of related experience in natural gas and electricity substitute for a degree, when applicable. Major in Business is preferred, but related majors will be considered
• Minimum 1-4 years energy procurement experience in either gas or electricity; or equivalent professional experience in procuring a relatively volatile good or commodity.
• Preferred candidate would have existing relationships with key stakeholders that could be called upon as a warm lead.
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient computer skillsespecially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Original and independent thinking is a must to identify and respond to customer needs through the structuring of effective solutions.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Hiring Salary Range $75,000-$200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
