Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of automotive technicians and service advisors. Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. Communicate effectively with customers about service needs and options. Operational Management: Oversee the scheduling and workflow of the service department. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Implement and maintain service policies and procedures. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the service department’s budget and expenses.
