looking for a decisive, high-tempo Installation Manager to lead our
project coordination team. We are looking for a professional who
excels at managing the "internal engine" of a construction or
low-voltage business. Reporting directly to the Director of
Operations, you will lead a small team of Project Coordinators and
take full ownership of the scheduling, material logistics, and
administrative milestones required to get our field teams on-site
and successful. This is an office-based role for someone who loves
to solve puzzles. You aren't a site-based foreman; you are the
strategist who ensures every project is staged for success before
the first technician arrives. The Ideal Candidate We’ve found that

traits: Independence: You prefer to be given an objective and the
space to achieve it without being micromanaged. Agility: You enjoy
a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and you have to
think on your feet. Assertiveness: You are comfortable holding
people (and processes) accountable to ensure the project stays on
track. Key Responsibilities Lead the Coordination Team: Manage
Project Coordinators, ensuring their work is accurate and our
internal hand-offs are seamless. Master the Schedule: Own the
installation calendar. You balance the needs of the customer with
the capacity of our field teams. Logistics Management: Oversee
material procurement and staging to ensure "zero-downtime" for our
technicians and positive cash flow for the company. Solve the
Roadblocks: When a permit is delayed or a part is backordered, you
find the workaround. You are the primary escalation point for
logistics hurdles. Workflow Optimization: Constantly look for ways
to make the "office-to-field" pipeline faster and more reliable.
Work Environment & Expectations Base of Operations: We are located
in Raytown, Missouri Minimal Travel: Your impact is made through
the management of systems and people; site visits are rare and

Experience & Compensation Experience: 2 years in project
coordination, construction logistics, or planning. 1 years of
experience leading a small team is preferred. Salary: $65,000 –
$85,000 (Based on experience) Performance Bonuses. Benefits: Health
