assistance as a paraprofessional in a dynamic school setting
located in Overland Park, KS. This contract position offers an
opportunity to work closely with teachers and support staff to
enhance classroom learning and contribute to a positive and
inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in
classroom management and instruction, supporting individual and
small group learning. Help implement lesson plans and educational
activities under the guidance of certified educators. Provide
additional support to students with special needs, ensuring their
engagement and success. Assist with classroom organization,
preparation of materials, and maintaining a safe learning
environment. Monitor student behavior and provide positive
reinforcement to encourage appropriate classroom conduct.
Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as
necessary to support student development. Desired Qualifications
and Experience: Experience working with school-age children in
educational or supportive roles. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and
families. Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to fostering a
positive learning atmosphere. Ability to follow instructions and
work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of basic
educational practices and child development is a plus. Location:
