result in revolutionary work. Required Skills Substantial
experience in art direction and design across multiple mediums
(i.e. television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a
portfolio showcasing exceptional craft, visual storytelling, and
creative versatility A proven ability to develop high-impact work
that aligns with brand objectives and connects emotionally with
audiences Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly
communicate the creative vision and how it addresses client
challenges Experience leading the visual direction and design of
long-form documentaries and episodic content, with a focus on
crafting authentic, human-centered narratives though compelling
imagery and artful storytelling Strong collaboration and
communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients A
desire to lead and contribute within a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward Required
Experience A bachelors degree, design emphasis preferred Five-plus
years of experience in an agency setting The base salary range for
this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors,
including location, business needs, level of responsibility,
experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits
package $75,000-$180,000 USD We believe the best work happens when
