In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the preparation of accurate financial statements. Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. • Perform detailed bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity. • Manage loan schedules and ensure proper documentation and updates. • Oversee coding procedures for accounts payable and maintain accounts receivable schedules. • Conduct general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet strict deadlines and achieve financial goals. • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports. • Assist with month-end closing processes to ensure timely completion. • Support property accounting tasks and resolve discrepancies as needed. • Leverage Sage Intacct software to streamline accounting operations. • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, is essential. • Minimum of five years of experience in general ledger accounting is preferred. • Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail are necessary. • Must be able to consistently meet tight deadlines. • Commitment to providing high-quality client support is a must. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. • A detail-oriented approach in both appearance and behavior is expected.
